How on Earth did it get the name “Sticky Dumbness”?
The title of this blog came from an IM conversation with my husband, dealing with the lasso tool in Flash:
ME: I was thinking, “Why is it STICKING TO EVERYTHING??”
HIM: Yeah, don’t even use that. Just use the regular lasso…you can hold down ALT and get the same straight lasso-ness without the sticky dumbness.
Why do you choose to make cartoons on tiny 3 x 3 Post-It Notes?
I’ve always loved making little one panel cartoons, and I tend to draw rather small. I am not very neat when I draw, and even messier when I try to make borders around cartoons.The lovely 3 x 3 format of a Post-It Note is a perfect environment for me to doodle and cartoon.Plus, I love the bright colors, and if I need my husband to “approve” a cartoon, I can stick it someplace for him to see it.
